What that looks like in practice

Most offices don't know that the tools they already use can do this. It just doesn't come out unless someone gets it out.

01
Ask questions of your own systems

"How many hours are on client X this month?" An answer in chat, instead of three tabs and an export.

02
Have work carried out

Create a task, update a status, move data from one system to another. Without anyone retyping it.

03
Answers that span your tools

One question, multiple systems. You don't need to know where something lives to be able to ask.

04
A custom integration

Is your package not on the list, or does your process differ from the standard? Then we write the integration ourselves.

You don't have to start at 01 and you don't have to end up at 04. Most offices sit at 02 after half a year.

Not satisfied after the first month? Money back.

For everything up to and including Discovery. That is not fine print but the reason you can start with a small step.

Who does this

PF Design Labs was founded by Jochem Vredeveld. Six years of backend work at ABN AMRO, on the platform that detects financial crime. Python and Databricks, at volumes nobody reviews by hand. Accenture before that.

What you learn there: at that scale manual work is not an option, and the difficulty is rarely in the clever part but in everything around it. That is exactly where things get stuck at offices too.

Want to know if this is a fit?

A thirty-minute intro call is free and at worst gets you an honest "no, there is little to gain here".
