Intro call
Take me through what you do as an organisation, where the daily pain sits and where the time goes. If there is no match between what you need and what I offer, we part ways with no obligation.
Baseline scan
Start hereHalf a day at your office. We look at your IT environment and talk to the people who do the work. You get an advisory report: where you stand, where we would begin and what that costs.
If you continue afterwards, this amount is deducted.
Then you choose
The advisory report is yours. You can carry it out yourself, with me as a sounding board. Or you have it built, for a fixed price.
Retainer
€960 per monthEight hours a month. You carry out the advice yourselves and I sit alongside to think with you. An afternoon in which your team learns to work with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot also comes out of the retainer.
Discovery
€3,950I take a week to turn the advice into an implementation report: exactly what gets built, how, and for what fixed price. At the end you say yes or no, and you know what you are saying yes to.
Implementation
fixed priceThe execution of the implementation report. Amount and lead time are determined in the discovery. If it goes ahead, the discovery costs are deducted.
Not satisfied after the first month? Money back.
If you are not satisfied after the first month of a retainer or an implementation, you get the remaining amount back. Not fine print, but the reason you can start small. All amounts exclude VAT.
